Personal Goal:
My goal in taekwondo, and in life, is to help others. I feel that giving is the greatest gift. I love helping and motivating the younger students. I would like to be a master in the long run and receive a degree in criminology. In the nearer future, I would love to continue to help instruct, become the best fighter I can be, and hopefully join the taekwondo team in college.

How Master Mun and Taekwondo Has Helped Me

Taekwondo has been a sheer blessing. I am so fortunate to have started in this amazing martial art. I credit most of, if not all of my successes to taekwondo. Through taekwondo, I have been able to develop perserverance, confidence, self discipline, and physical fitness. Not only has taekwondo influenced my mental toughness, it has also allowed me to train with champions and make many friends. I trained under Grandmaster Chan-Yong Kim for 8 1/2 years, and his teachings and philosophy will never leave my mind. Master Mun has also helped me significantly. I am very proud to say that I belong to the OMS and the ATC families.

Training

Kirsten Campbell began training at the age of 8, simply because her younger brother, Joshua, began taekwondo. Receiving her black belt is one of her proudest achievements. She has competed in approximately 40 tournaments. Kirsten trains at ATC in Medford, OR 4 days a week.
