Personal Goal:
My goal in Taekwondo, is to be the best role model that I can be. I enjoy helping others learn, and seeing not only myself improve but others as well, is exciting. Currently, I want to become the best fighter that I can be, while continuing to study hard in college.

How Master Mun and Taekwondo Has Helped Me

Taekwondo has taught me self respect for myself and others, and self-disciple. I have learned that no matter how hard my goals and aspiration are, with hard work and discipline I will achieve anything. Master Mun has helped me by bringing Taekwondo to an area where the original Korean Taekwondo style is not practiced. I had to stop training for four years, because there were no studios that taught what I was once learning.

Training

Joseph Ahlo is a full time student at Southern Oregon University. He trains five days a week, and assists the beginning level classes. Joseph began training at the age of six.
