Personal Goal:
My goal in Taekwondo is to help others in need by positive ways and to influence the martial art. Another goal is to reach my full sparring potential and to go as far as I can by working hard and training with the elite around the world.

How Taekwondo Has Helped Me

Taekwondo has always been a guideline with my way of life. Both my physical and mental aspects had been influenced by Taekwondo. I have a strong, confident and outgoing personality. I am very social with everyone I meet. Taekwondo has most definitly made me who I am today.

Training

Andrew Suh began Taekwondo training at the age of 2 years old. Now 22 he has been training for 20 years gaining experience and knowledge through these years. As team captain for Team ATC Andrew and his team mates train vigorously 6 days a week for at least 2 to 4 hours a day. Running 4 to 10 miles a day depending on the type of drill they focus on. Drills can range from practicing paddle kicking to sparring drills.

Besides his duty as the Team ATC captain Andrew is a Master Instructor for America Taekwondo Center. He enjoys teaching classes and loves every student he works with. Since the age of 6 years old Andrew has been competing in Taekwondo tournaments. Not always a winner Andrew learned from his mistakes, and his losses only motivated him to work harder and excel his limits and reach his fullest capabilties.
